At McKinney Direct Care Services “caring and compassion is our mission”. We are committed to providing the highest quality care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Texas. Our primary goal is to improve the lives of every individual we serve. As a result, we use a holistic person-centered planning approach in providing Home and Community-Based Services (HCS) to those we serve.
We ensure that our clients and their families are actively involved in the planning and delivery phases of our HCS services (from deciding on program oversight to choosing their group home, therapies, attendants, roommates, and more). Our team is dedicated to ensuring that our clients and their families are satisfied with our services.

We can go on and on about what makes MDCS different than pretty much any provider we have experienced over the years, but I will leave it on the biggest factor that we know separates Evelyn and MCDS from the rest. They Pray together! Every Monday she brings the staff together for an update meeting and reviews client by client, house by house how things are going.
